We want to start by thanking you for your care and concern for the staff members of the MST Project. Your prayers are not only appreciated, they are needed. There are five main things that we as staff would like prayer for.

1. Pray that we be seeking God’s wisdom when we reach out to the men in the red-light areas. Wisdom in new creative ways of ministry, but also wisdom in the Scripture that we may share with these men the truth. Without listening to God, and His wisdom, we are just another person in an apathetic red-light district.

2. We ask that you pray for our physical, emotional, and spiritual strength. Long nighttime hours, coupled with temptation around us, and opposition from those we minister too, can wear us as staff down. Pray that we continue to find rest in the Lord, and that we look to God for the strength to continue the good race.

3. Also pray for the work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of the men that we meet. Pray that God prepare their hearts (as well as ours) to be willing to develop deep relationships where we are able to share the Gospel with them. Pray that they be ready and willing to accept.

4. The MST Project is looking to grow and expand in Bangkok and around the world. Pray that we listen to God, and seek out His will and desire for the ministry.

5. Continued purity in our own lives. Because we go into an area of visual bombardment pray that we continue to pursue lives of absolute purity. Pray that our lives are an example to the men that we minister to as well as to the teams that we lead and the communities that we are in. Pray that none of our staff would compromise their purity in the least.

As you have committed to pray for the MST Project we ask that you pray for the ministry at least one day a week. We would also like to challenge you to pray for one individual staff member a day. We believe that pray paves a path in the spiritual which will open up doors in the physical in both our lives and in the lives of the men that we minister to.
